Powered Career Center
MedCruiter's powered career center contains a dynamic listing of available jobs within your company or organization. You also provide visiting job seekers with advanced online features such as job searching on various employment specifics, resume and application submittal, management of their applications and the ability to receive weekly emails of newly posted jobs.

  Capture Job Seekers Information
Once a job seeker is interested in registering with your company, they can easily fill out one form, which asks for a referral source as well as detailed contact and resume information. This information is tracked by the MedCruiter system and the candidate's information is sent to the account admin person. If a candidate applies for a position, it is sent to the assigned recruiter for that specific job.

  Resume Database Access
As job seekers register on your MedCruiter powered career center, they are automatically submitted into a private and secure resume databank, which can be accessed from any computer.

  Resume Database Searching
The navigation of the MedCruiter system allows you to complete a quick search from the left side of your screen. If a more detailed search is needed, you have the ability to search on more than 15 fields including the candidates licensed states, preferred states and industry certifications.

  One-Page Candidate Overview
Each candidate has one single page listing their contact info, resume, submitted applications, activities, and their hire and termination records.

  Job Order Management
Job order can be posted, cloned, and filled easily with the MedCruiter system. You have the ability to add new hires/terminations, applications, up to 5 company images to be displayed through the MedCruiter Career Center and automatically view matching candidates from your own MedCruiter Resume Databank.

  Contact Management
The MedCruiter contact management system allows you to attach job openings to companies during the posting process. The system then provides a one-page view of all the open job orders and activities for each contact person/company.

  Account Tools & Reporting
Managing your recruitment process and staff is easy with MedCruiter! The assigned administrators can log into their accounts and can customize the entire MedCruiter system, view detailed reports and view each recruiter's activities from any day or report range.

  Activity Calendar
The MedCruiter system also provides a calendar that displays all pending and completed activities for both candidates and contacts. You can easily click on the calendar event to return to the specific record completing a full-circle of recruitment technology.
