No. The MedCruiter.com system provides you with a dynamic career center that you simply link to from your current website. Once you have linked to the career center, you can begin accepting applications online.


What happens when a candidate applys online?
Once a candidate has registered through your MedCruiter.com powered career center, the candidates information is entered into your secure resume databank and the assigned HR staff member is notified by email. Our system automatically tracks the candidates applications and their resume updates for easy review.


How do I know where the candidate was referred from?
Simple. The candidate is asked where they heard about your opening when they initially register on your career center. This information is stored for the admin to review reports on candidate referrals.
